What Does This Mean?
Jesus said, "the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest". Luke 10:2 (NASB)
In the book of Hebrews we read:
"let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more, as you see the day drawing near". Hebrews 10:23-25 (NASB)
God's harvest potential is massive, but the ability to reap and handle the harvest is limited to the condition of those who work to maintain that harvest. While the kingdom of God is intended to manifest in all walks of life, the holding and maintaining of that harvest is experienced within the local church. The local church is a family or team of people who work together to see the harvest brought in, developed, increased and sent out to bring in an even greater harvest.
To accomplish this in a local community or region, it will happen as people work together as a team to see the harvest reached, developed and not lost. This will only happen in its fullest measure as teams (multiple local churches) work together in their region to see people reached and developed into "disciples of Jesus Christ". The resulting fruit will eventually be, transformation in areas of the community where the kingdom of God has been given the right to rule and reign.
Imagine schools, businesses, emergency services, retail outlets and more, existing to release God's kingdom in their midst. This is community transformation, God present and at work in all areas of life.
We believe that God wants to manifest Himself in this way and we believe that it is possible in the day that we live. Because of this, Aaron Ministries Network exists to first work with leaders to help establish and strengthen a kingdom mindset in their lives.
