Our Strategy…How We Achieve Our MissionAaron Ministries In Action
There are so many different kinds of leaders, that no one single event will ever meet the full need of every leader. Our strategy is motivated to serve the needs of as many leaders as possible. Our strategy begins with an event called The Well.
THE WELL - Step One
Mission To provide a relational environment that encourages leaders in fulfilling their kingdom calling.
The Well is our geographically placed gathering for leaders from all spheres of influence. Leaders in places such as, local churches, educational institutions, businesses and political arenas are all examples of the types of leaders that we believe God wants coming together. We want to gather leaders who are setting the kingdom of God as their first priority of their calling. We also want to gather leaders who will be able to grow in establishing the kingdom of God as their first priority through the relationships developed with other kingdom leaders. It is our goal to see leaders build relationships and be encouraged by the environment as we gather regularly together.
The well is a monthly gathering. A typical well consists of an approximate two hour time frame, usually taking place in the daytime and in the middle of the week. The well consists of four basic ingredients designed by leaders and for leaders. The ingredients are:
Word:
Relationships:
Prayer: Gathering leaders at The Well is the first step in identifying and meeting deeper needs in the life of leaders. The Well is not able to meet specific needs of every leader. It opens the door and it is our intent to go through that door and provide more opportunity to meet deeper needs of individual leaders.
LEADERSHIP TRACKS - Step Two
Mission To provide training and networking opportunities that help strengthen the focus of, and equip the leader to fulfill their personal calling.
There are many different types of leaders within the Body of Christ. Aaron networks with ministries and organizations that provide a more specialized resource for specific needs of different types of leaders. There are individual resources offered for leaders who primarily lead within the context of the local church. There are also resources offered for individuals who primarily lead within a business context. As the ministry continues to grow, more resources will be offered to meet specific needs of other types of leaders.
The resources that we offer range from a commitment that is not longer than a day, as well as resources that require a commitment that may last as long as two to three years. Our events section will tell you what currently is available and upcoming through Aaron Ministries Network. We are committed to partner with leaders and serve them in a way that increases the Kingdom impact through their lives.
CONGREGATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES - Step Three
Mission To assist a congregation in sharpening it's focus on God's mission and developing a plan of action that moves towards the mission becoming a reality.
Focused Ministry is a 8-12 month journey for the core of the church body to walk through a strategic process. The result of this process is the people obtaining a glimpse of its past, recognizing where it is in the present and then see a clear picture of God's plan for its future. A focused ministry team is raised up from within the congregation and is guided through intentional steps that results in the whole body embracing the mission and vision for their existence.
Transform Weekend
Mission To provide regional events that assist pastors in leading their people into personal and corporate renewal.
Renewal in God's Word carries with it the idea of "renovation". This means, at times, there are things that God needs to tear down that are inconsistent with His plan for us. This also means that there is a building process that He desires to accomplish in every one of His children. Transform Weekends are regionally based events that focus on assisting believers in moving forward in the personal call that God has placed upon their life. These weekends build off of the relational network of leaders who are committed to working together to see renewal happening in people within their congregations.
Transform events are Friday evenings, Saturday morning and evenings and Sunday evening. These are events where Ephesians four ministry gifts are networked together to serve the congregations who gather. During these events, personal renewal is the focus, which will flow in to corporate renewal. It is at these events where we then establish the vision for community transformation.
RESOURCING - Step Four
Mission To provide tools and resources that assist the developement of pastors and their congregations.
As a final step in walking out our vision and mission, Aaron Ministries Network, provides ministry resources for pastors and their congregations. Through the relational network, we are able to point pastors and their churches to ministry people and resources that will continue to help move the saints (God's people) into the place of fulfilling their personal calling and see the vision of community transformation come to pass.
