Church Resource Ministries (CRM)

CRM is a ministry committed to leading churches into the calling Jesus gave to the church to, "Make Disciples".  Aaron ministries Network makes available two resources and offers the leadership training and facilitation as part of the Focusing and Equipping mandate of our ministry.

The first resource is called, Focusing Leaders.

Focusing Leaders begins with a Focused Living Weekend. During the retreat you'll examine how God has uniquely shaped you during your lifetime, a process that helps you discover your calling and provides tools needed to integrate this into your daily life. Ultimately, it will bring you to a place a surrendering afresh to the reign of Christ.

This is followed by six NEXT Steps, monthly meetings where you'll gather with your network (6-8 church leaders). The goal is to create an environment and process aimed at strengthening character, calling, competency and courage to lead your church through change and into harvest.

The second resource is called, Focusing Your Ministry

Focusing Your Ministry aims at transforming Focused Leaders into Strategic Leaders. These are leaders who help their churches understand and move into greater alignment with God's missional purposes as they impact their communities. This resource begins with a retreat that deals with leading change, embracing the call to be missional, understanding the Focusing Summits, and connecting you deeply with other churches that are on the same journey.

The retreat is followed by eight months of focused activities that will include personal coaching, monthly network meetings and three Summits. Of primary importance will be the choosing and training of your own church's Focusing Team who will journey with you and work with you to design a Mission Plan that will guide your church into greater missional impact in the coming years.
