To raise up centers of encouragement to serve the ongoing health of leaders throughout Atlantic Canada.

To gather and encourage leaders in the calling and assignment that God has upon their lives.

Values

We value: Encouraging Leaders

Leaders are on the front line of advancing God's kingdom and therefore are uniquely coming against the schemes of the enemy.  We believe that leaders need their arms raised in support and strength to fulfill the calling that is upon their life.

We value: Unified leaders

When Christ is at the centre of our lives, leaders are able to join together in their pursuit of God and work together in seeing His kingdom manifest in the regions in which they are called.

We Value: Safe Gathering Environments

Leaders need places where they can gather with no need to guard or defend themselves from the opinions of others.  We are intentional in creating a grace based environment where leaders can be honest and real in their personal need for and response to God.

We Value: Leaders Seeking God together

Leaders need other leaders who join with them in seeking the face of God.  Whether through praise, prayer or sharing from the heart, leaders bring a unique strength to the lives of other leaders.  We intentionally create opportunities for leaders to join with other like minded leaders in pursuing God.

We Value: Feeding Leaders

Leaders spend most of their life leading and giving to other people.  We value the need that leaders have in their receiving from God.  We create environments where leaders can receive food from God's Word that is relevant to the calling that is upon their lives.

We Value: Spiritually and Emotionally Healthy Leaders

For congregations, ministries and all organizations, those who lead must be healthy.  We value the gathering of leaders and serving them in their ongoing journey of spiritual and emotional health.
